Do It Online

GP online services allow you to access a range of services via your computer, mobile or tablet. Once you have signed up, you will be able to:

  • book or cancel appointments online
  • renew or order repeat prescriptions online
  • view parts of your GP record, including information about medication, allergies, vaccinations, previous illnesses and test results

How to sign-up

To sign up, please complete the following form, and bring with you a piece of photo ID (e.g. passport, driving licence), and something with your address on e.g. a bank statement (but not a gas or electric bill). If you do not have any of these, or if you need further information, please contact our reception team who will be happy to assist you.

You can still contact the practice by phone or in person, this is just another option, which other patients have found is more convenient and saves them time. Blood Appointments

There are appointments available for patients that have been advised by their clinician to have a blood test. If there is no appointment available you can book an appointment at the phlebotomy service based at 476-478 Landseer Road Ipswich via https://www.swiftqueue.co.uk/login_splash.php or by phoning on 03003035299, alternatively you can use  https://www.esneft.nhs.uk/service/bloodtests/  and choose the service you require.

Healthcare Assistant (HCA)- 20 minute AM appointment

Please book these appointments if you have received a letter informing you that you need to book a 20 minute HCA AM appointment. Please indicate the nature of the appointment e.g. Hypertension.

Healthcare assistant (HCA)- 10 minute PM appointment

Please book these appointments if you have received a letter or phone call asking you to book an appointment for a blood pressure check.

Healthcare assistant (HCA)- 20 minute PM appointment

Please book these appointments if you have received a letter informing you that you need to book a 20 minute HCA PM appointment. Please indicate the nature of the appointment e.g. Asthma.

Nurse early appointment

If you need an early appointment then a nurse can see you between 7.30AM and 08.00 AM These appointments can be booked for

Pill Checks(female only)

Smears (female only)

Removal of sutures or clips

Simple dressings.

 If you require an early nurse appointment for any other reason please call the care navigators at the surgery who will assist you.

GP – 10 minute appointment

There are appointments available for patients to book in advance for a 10 minute face to face consultation with a GP. When booking, please indicate the nature of the problem that you would like the clinician to discuss with you.

The care navigators will regularly check the booked appointments and will contact you if they need to move or change the appointment.
