The Practice is in the process of handing back the responsibility of issuing Medication for ADHD to the Consultants who are responsible for you care. This is for all providers including NSFT, Right to choose & any Private providers. The practice will no longer enter into a Shared Care Agreement for supply of ADHD with any provider.   If you have any queries with regards to what will happen with your care please see:-

If you not heard from your Consultant before this date please ensure you contact them directly. If you have any  further questions or have concerns please let us know.
