Cancelling your Appointment

 

If you are unable to attend an appointment with one of the doctors or nurses, please telephone or use the link at the bottom of this page to cancel your appointment.

By giving us as much notice as you can you are helping us to make sure that someone else is given your slot.

Change of Address

Please let us know if you change of your name, address or telephone number or any other circumstance which may affect the practice.

If you move to an address outside the practice area, we will ask you to register with a practice that covers your new address.

Repeat Prescriptions

If you require a prescription for long-term or established treatment, and do not need to see the doctor, the request can be made by bringing the computer generated counterfoil to the receptionist, or by writing enclosing the computer generated counterfoil with a stamped addressed envelope, indicating which of the items you require.

We do not accept repeat prescriptions over the telephone. Please allow 72 hours for processing of routine repeat prescription requests or one week if it has to be posted to you.
